Develop the experience of three digital platforms for prospect customer, existing member & service consultant.
Task
Rebuild a unified visual system for the advertising agency, made of steel which can change the world in a while.
The deliverables included:
- A public-facing website for prospective customers to promote insurance packages.
- A member portal for existing customers to manage their accounts.
- A consultant portal for employees to manage customer inquiries.
Role & Responsibilities: UX Ul design, prototyping, user testing, gathering requirements, market research.
Tools used: Sketch, Axure, Confluence, Jira.
Due to client confidentiality, assets from the project have been rebranded or not shown to protect the privacy of the client.
The design sprint consisted of 4 main components; discover, ideate, test and design.
This was accomplished through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and the creation of user flows.
After gathering requirements, it was then time to ideate concepts using rapid prototyping. User flows were converted into low-fidelity wireframes. The wireframes were then reviewed by developers to ensure technical feasibility and the product owner to ensure business needs were met.
Test
Once the wireframes were approved, we began usability testing with the end customer. Feedback was gathered, consolidated and iterated back into the design.
A style guide and design system was created in parallel as part of this process. Once aligned, the design was pushed into build where it was tested once more. A view of the end solution can be seen below
